We are seeking a highly skilled Calypso Expert to enhance the reliability, performance, and efficiency of our platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Calypso technology, strong problem-solving skills, and experience optimizing trade lifecycle management, risk, and collateral workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Improve system performance, reliability, and scalability of the Calypso platform.
Optimize and troubleshoot Calypso configurations, workflows, and integrations.
Implement best practices for monitoring, automation, and issue resolution.
Collaborate with IT, development, and business teams to enhance platform efficiency.
Support upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning for the Calypso system.
Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks and inefficiencies in trade processing.
Ensure adherence to compliance, security, and industry standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience working with Calypso in a technical or functional role.
Strong expertise in Calypso configuration, development, and optimization.
Experience with trade lifecycle management, risk, collateral, and settlements.
Proficiency in Java, SQL, Unix/Linux scripting, and API integrations.
Familiarity with DevOps tools, cloud platforms, and automation frameworks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on system performance.
Ability to work in a fast-paced financial environment with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Calypso v16+ and Cloud implementations.
Knowledge of Microservices, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Background in financial markets, derivatives, or treasury operations.
