Weβre looking for an experienced Business Change Manager / Process Consultant with a strong ITIL and ServiceNow background to lead the adoption of IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) processes across the organization.
Drive implementation and adoption of IT Service Continuity Management processes
Lead communications, training, and stakeholder engagement to ensure continuity plans and recovery procedures are understood and embedded
Collaborate with IT and business units to strengthen service resilience and compliance
Work closely with ServiceNow teams to align process improvements with platform capabilities
Monitor and report on continuity performance and improvement initiatives
Proven experience with ITIL processes, especially IT Service Continuity Management
Strong background in organizational change management and process governance
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platforms
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
Experience implementing ITIL frameworks in large enterprise environments
