Weβre seeking an experienced Business Change Manager / Process Consultant to drive the adoption and continuous improvement of Change Management and CMDB (Configuration Management Database) processes within ServiceNow.
Lead and implement process improvements across Change Management and CMDB in ServiceNow
Drive stakeholder engagement and promote process adoption across teams
Deliver training, communications, and change management initiatives to ensure consistent data quality and compliance
Collaborate with IT and business teams to establish clear data ownership and accountability
Monitor and report on process performance to support ongoing improvements
Proven experience with ServiceNow Change Management and CMDB processes
Strong background in organizational change management and process consulting
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
Experience delivering change initiatives in large or complex enterprise environments
Youβll play a key role in shaping and embedding best practices for ServiceNow adoption, driving meaningful change and operational excellence across the organization.
