Job Title: Business & Requirements Analyst – Pega

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business & Requirements Analyst with strong Pega platform exposure to bridge business needs and technical delivery. The role involves gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements, working closely with stakeholders, Pega architects, and development teams to deliver scalable and compliant Pega solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand and document functional and non-functional requirements
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, use cases, and process flows aligned with Pega best practices
- Collaborate with Pega Architects and Developers to ensure accurate requirement interpretation and solution design
- Support end-to-end Pega application lifecycle including requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment
- Facilitate workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and stakeholder reviews
- Ensure requirements traceability and change management throughout the project
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and organisational standards
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst / Requirements Analyst in Pega projects
- Strong understanding of Pega BPM, Case Management, and workflow concepts
- Experience in requirement elicitation techniques (workshops, interviews, process mapping)
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Desirable Skills
- Pega certifications (CSA / CSSA)
- Experience in financial services, banking, or insurance domains
- Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and data modelling
- Exposure to Pega App Studio and Dev Studio
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field
Nice to Have
- Experience working in regulated environments
- Prior exposure to large enterprise or global delivery models
