Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with Salesforce expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology business analysis, API integrations, and data modelling. You will play a key role in bridging business needs with technology solutions, enabling process improvements and supporting strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a Tech BA with hands-on experience in Salesforce, API integrations, and object structures.
Design and support API exception handling flows and understand ETL integrations.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to deliver effective solutions.
Contribute to business process re-engineering (BPR) and digital transformation initiatives.
Provide risk management, reporting, and strategic analysis for ongoing projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver functional designs and change management solutions.
Support continuous process improvements and ensure compliance with risk and controls frameworks.
Skills & Experience Required
✅ 7+ years as a Business Analyst (with strong Salesforce exposure).
✅ Solid understanding of data modelling, object structures, and API integrations.
✅ Hands-on experience in ETL tools, exception handling flows, and system integrations.
✅ Strong background in risk management, change transformation, and strategic business analysis.
✅ Excellent written communication and collaboration skills.
✅ Proven ability to deliver process improvements in a digital/technology-driven environment.
