Candidates with insurance domain experience with TCS BaNCS implementation experience preferred.
Bridges business and IT teams, defining requirements and ensuring alignment with TCS BaNCS core functionalities
5+ years of experience is a must
Job Descriptions for BA: -
A business analyst is responsible for liaising between PMO, IT teams and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities are mentioned as below:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their current & future needs of business
- Propose and design functional specifications and business process solutions that meets the business needs and objectives
- Articulation of business processes and requirements to the IT teams during business gathering sessions
- Review of business requirements, processes, and solutions and provide feedback
- Work with IT and other departments to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goals.
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and executives.
- Participate in business testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements.
