We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in regulatory compliance and market communication processes within the energy/utilities sector. The role involves acting as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure regulatory requirements are accurately captured, analyzed, and implemented in system solutions.
Required Skills:
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and market communication in the energy/utility’s domain.
• Should have strong experience in German Utilities market processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP IS-U focused on compliance processes.
• Ability to create detailed business process documentation and functional specifications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Broad expertise in energy industry processes and sales processes for electricity/gas.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and interpret regulatory and market communication processes to ensure compliance and business alignment.
• Conduct workshops with stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements.

• Support solution design and collaborate with technical teams for implementation and testing.
• Monitor regulatory changes, assess impact on processes, and recommend adjustments.
• Prepare compliance documentation and ensure audit readiness.
• Act as a liaison between business, regulatory teams, and IT to drive efficient and compliant solutions.
