2 weeks onsite Munich

1 week remote

Core Requirements

Must-Have

Deep knowledge of energy/utilities regulatory frameworks (Germany preferred: GPKE, GeLi Gas, WiM, MaBiS, MPES, MACO).

Experience in market communication processes.

Strong functional experience in SAP IS-U (or equivalent utility billing/market solutions).

Ability to translate regulatory requirements into functional designs/specs.

Strong documentation, analysis, and problem-solving abilities.

Broad knowledge of energy sales processes (power/gas).

Key Responsibilities

Interpret regulatory and MACO requirements; ensure solutions meet compliance.

Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirement validation.

Produce detailed business process documentation & functional specs.

Work with solution architects and developers during design, build, and testing.

Monitor regulatory updates; evaluate impact and recommend process/system changes.

Prepare compliance documentation and support audits.

Act as the interface between business, regulatory teams, and IT.
