Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst who is fluent in Dutch to work closely with stakeholders in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and process flows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, and developers to define project scope and objectives.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions with business users.
- Analyze and improve business processes to enhance efficiency.
- Create detailed functional specifications, user stories, and wireframes.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Support testing, UAT, and implementation phases.
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and GDPR.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and reporting.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, Finance, Banking, Retail, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of business process modeling, UML, and BPMN.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Power BI, and Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluent in Dutch & English (spoken & written).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in digital transformation projects.
- Knowledge of SQL, data analytics, and reporting tools.
- Certification in CBAP, PSM, or Product Owner roles.
- Experience in ERP, CRM, or Cloud-based solutions.
