Responsibility:
Proactively engage with CIOs, BU/ Fns, application owners & their delegates , providing
- Technical Support
- Troubleshooting
- Issue resolution
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Tracking & Reporting
Competencies:
- Knowledge of/ experience with the 3 technologies (Alation, DQ Store, Open Lineage)
- Problem Solving
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Capable of handling escalations with difficult stakeholders
- Adaptability
- Collaboration
Additional Skill:
- Implementing a Data Quality Tool
- Working in Risk, Finance and/or Treasury
