Job Discerption:
- 15+ Years of experience in core test automation
- Hands on experience in Automation (Web, API and Desktop) using Java, python, selenium, Rest Assure, Git GitHub, Azure Devops, CI/CD.
- Expert in trouble shooting and debugging
- Manage, maintain, and continuously improve the Test Automation framework
- Govern automation standards, guidelines, and best practices, ensuring consistent adoption across all teams
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring for Test Automation Engineers
- Advocate for quality assurance & drive collaboration through COP to share knowledge and drive excellence
- Embed Report Portal for enhanced test reporting and analytics.
- Define and track automation KPIs (e.g., coverage %, defect leakage, ROI) and communicate progress to stakeholders
- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines with robust feedback loops to accelerate delivery
- Support teams in assessing automation feasibility, recommending appropriate tools, frameworks, and resources
- Identify opportunities to improve automation processes, adopt emerging technologies, and enhance overall testing efficiency
