Job/Group Overview:
There is a position in the Automation COE team which focuses on automation and analytics development
Responsibilities:
Take complete ownership of automations across different BUs and drive them from conception to deployment
Demonstrate hands-on experience with Python and UiPath
Fair exposure on Machine Learning - NLP, LLM & Generative AI
Production Support for current automation inventory as an FTE member of the team
Participate in feasibility studies, solution design, and technology decision-making processes
Ensure adherence to organizational policies, functional architecture strategies, and departmental standards
Conduct research on emerging technologies and industry trends
Support initiatives to push adoption of new technologies by preparing and delivering training materials
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align digital initiatives with business goals
Clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Technical
3-8 years’ total experience in Automation and analytics in general
Experience in working with python and UiPath
Leverage strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data sets
Use Python for advanced data analysis and predictive modelling
