Job Summary:

Troubleshooting and Support:

• Troubleshooting System Issues: Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving system problems and errors. 
• User Support: Providing technical support to users for issues related to the IBM i system. 
• Documentation: Maintaining detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Several years of hands-on experience with IBM i systems administration. 
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of the IBM i operating system, hardware, and related utilities. 
• Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex system issues. 
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely. 
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. 
• Problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze problems, suggest solutions, and implement them. 
• Analytical skills: Ability to assess system performance and identify areas for improvement.
