Technical Skills Required:
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x or AEM as a Cloud Service).
- Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Sling Models, OSGi, Servlets, JSP, and HTL (Sightly).
- Experience with AEM Component and Template development.
- Knowledge of AEM Dispatcher, Apache, and CDN configurations.
- Familiarity with AEM workflows, permissions, tagging, and replication.
- Experience in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and React/Angular (nice to have).
- Knowledge of AEM Assets, Content Fragment Models, and Headless APIs.
- Experience with version control (Git), Maven, Jenkins, and DevOps pipelines.
- Exposure to Adobe Launch, Analytics, and Target integrations is a plus.
