Role Overview: We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Technology Lead to drive our technology initiatives and enhance security measures for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Active Directory and Windows Server Security and demonstrate the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
Required Core Skills:
Proficiency in the German language (minimum B1-B2 level).
Expertise in Active Directory Hardening (300+).
Strong knowledge of Windows Server Security (300+).
Experience with ADFS (200+) and Entra ID (200+).
Comprehensive understanding of Active Directory, ADFS, and Windows platforms.
Familiarity with Entra ID and hybrid identities.
Ability to operate effectively in highly regulated and complex environments.
Nice to Have Skills:
Knowledge of Domain Tiering Model (200+).
Understanding of Windows Client Security (200+).
Minimum Years of Experience:
7-8 years in relevant technology roles.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Lead technology projects and security initiatives, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Assess and enhance Active Directory and Windows Server security configurations.
Collaborate with clients to implement effective identity and access management strategies.
Mentor team members and provide guidance on technical best practices.
