Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Active Directory Analyst to join our IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining our organization's Active Directory infrastructure. This includes ensuring security, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement group policy objects (GPOs) to ensure compliance with security policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Active Directory with other systems and applications
- Troubleshoot complex Active Directory issues and perform root cause analysis
- Develop and maintain documentation of Active Directory infrastructure and processes
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve Active Directory services
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Active Directory administration and analysis
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory architecture, components, and security
- Experience with group policy management, troubleshooting, and security auditing
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or equivalent certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
